Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and product integrity.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only for:
- Products damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items delivered
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Remain unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all seals, labels, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used fragrance products
- Products with broken seals
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Once a fragrance has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Return Requirements
To initiate a return request, please provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of any damage, leakage, or defect (if applicable)
Please do not send products back without prior approval from our support team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item sent by Dinu
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank regarding pending transactions.
If the refund still has not appeared, please contact our customer support team.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
To request an exchange, contact us with your order details and supporting photographs. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
Sale Items
Products purchased during promotional sales, discount campaigns, or clearance events may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Gifts
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns may be issued as store credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, refunds will be processed to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

For valuable shipments, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and item so we can assist you promptly.
